Return and Exchange Policy

At Can-dles & More, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to make the process as easy as possible.
1. Return Eligibility
a. Return Window: You may return items within [30] days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items returned outside of this window will not be accepted.
b. Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been used or are not in their original condition cannot be returned.

Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
2. How to Initiate a Return
a. Request a Return: To request a return, please contact us. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
b. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item(s).
3. Return Shipping
a. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
b. Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure that the item reaches us. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Refunds
a. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

b. Exchange Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us for an exchange. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item(s) to you.

If you receive an item that is damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or a refund.
